Service and our role
TBTI offers activity discovery, outing requests, personality-based group fit, progress tracking, notices, and meetup communication. External merchants provide some activities. Whether TBTI only matches users, assists booking, or sells the activity will be stated on the payment page for each activity.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate, current, and reachable information, protect your sign-in method, and take responsibility for account activity. Creating or joining an outing may require sign-in, a completed TBTI test, or necessary verification. Users below the legal age of majority need consent from a legal representative.
TBTI personality and group fit
TBTI is an entertainment travel-preference tool, not a psychological, medical, employment, or safety assessment. Pentagon and group-overlay charts help explain preferences but cannot guarantee compatibility, attendance, or conflict-free outings. Do not use them to discriminate, harass, exclude, or harm others.
Creating an outing
Organizers must provide lawful, accurate, and verifiable activity links, dates, sessions, locations, prices, and descriptions. Do not impersonate merchants, mislead participants, or submit illegal or high-risk content. The platform may review, request changes, set group sizes and deadlines, or reject unsuitable submissions.
Conduct and safety
Respect members and merchants. Fraud, harassment, hate, threats, exposure of personal data, impersonation, and illegal content are prohibited. Chat is for meetup and necessary coordination. Assess activity, health, transport, and insurance risks yourself; use reporting, blocking, or official support for inappropriate conduct.
Merchants and responsibility
The actual merchant normally controls activity content, venue safety, service quality, and onsite purchases. TBTI is responsible for the matching, booking, collection, or support role disclosed at checkout. External information may change; we will reasonably assist with confirmation and disputes, and these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Content and intellectual property
Site design, copy, persona concepts, and assets belong to TBTI or their rights holders. You remain responsible for descriptions, images, comments, and feedback you submit, and grant the platform permission to use them as needed to provide, review, share, and promote the relevant outing. You must have the right to provide that content.
Enforcement, service changes, and law
For misconduct, fraud, abuse, payment disputes, or safety risks, the platform may limit features, cancel participation, or suspend accounts and handle funds under the applicable rules. Activities may change because of merchant cancellation, weather, transport, or events beyond control. Updates show a new date. Taiwan law generally applies, and mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Full support and complaint details will be added before paid launch.
